PROFILE

The Nursing S1 Study Program is one of the study programs in the Faculty of Health of Mitra Indonesia University, which was previously under the STIKES Mitra Lampung which was established in 2001 based on the Ministry of Education and Culture Decree Number 41/B/O/2001 on June 5, 2021 which was later in June 2018 STIKES Mitra Lampung joined STMIK Mitra Lampung, STIE Mitra Lampung, Amik Mitra Lampung, A2M Mitra Lampung changed to the Indonesian partner university which is under the auspices of the Lampung Mitra Foundation based on the Ministry of Research and Technology Decree Number 518/KPT/I/2018. Furthermore, the Nursing S1 Study Program is under the management of the Faculty of Health at Mitra Indonesia University.

COMPETENCIES

  1. Tearing God Almighty, upholds the values ​​of humanity, professionalism, ethics, law, morals, and culture in nursing.
  2. Able to carry out his professional work based on logical, critical, systematic, creative, innovative, and able to establish partners in cooperation and have social sensitivity and scientifically responsible to the community, profession, and clients.
  3. Able to apply nursing science and technology with the superiority of chronic diseases, by paying attention to the value of humanities based on the rules, procedures, and scientific ethics in the granting of nursing care.
  4. Able to evaluate nursing care as an effort to improve the quality of nursing care in clinical and community order.
  5. Able to carry out education with communication skills in nursing care and scientific information with the use of technology.
  6. Able to analyze the organization of nursing care and coordinate with the health team as a partner, by showing the attitude of leadership to achieve client care goals.
  7. Able to conduct scientific research in the fields of nursing science and technology to solve health problems.
  8. Able to produce, communicate, and innovate in the fields of nursing science and technology.
  9. Able to develop professional expertise in nursing care practices that are independent and innovative through lifelong learning.

CONCENTRATION

  1. Become a nurse in a health service agency (hospital, puskesmas, clinic, company clinic, port health worker, airport health worker, health worker at the station, etc.).
  2. Can establish a nursing independent practice.
  3. Become a home care nurse.
  4. Become a teacher at the Nursing Department of Health Vocational School.
  5. Nurse job opportunities abroad are very broad (Japan, the Middle East, Europe, and even the United States).
  6. Nurse (K3) Occupational Health.
  7. Nurses in beauty clinics.
  8. Author of Nursing Book.
  9. Become TKHI (Indonesian Hajj Health Workers).

MISSION

  1. Carry out quality Nursing education in accordance with the development of science and technology, entrepreneurship with the superiority of nursing chronic diseases.
  2. Carry out research in accordance with the development of science and technology and contribute to health development with the superiority of nursing chronic diseases.
  3. Carry out community service by applying technological insights with the superiority of chronic disease nursing.
  4. Developing partnership networks at the national and international level.
