PROFILE

The Law Study Program at the Faculty of Law, University of Mitra Indonesia has 4 (four) scientific section under the coordination of the Head of the Law Study Program at the Faculty of Law, University of Mitra Indonesia which is an element of academic implementing at the Faculty of Law, Mitra Indonesia University to manage lecturers.

The three parts referred to consist of:

  1. Conditioning section
  2. The part of the stupidity
  3. State Administration Law Section
  4. State Administration Law Section

The four parts have specificity related to Pancasila. The target of graduates from the Law Study Program at the Faculty of Law, University of Mitra Indonesia is expected to become a quality and professional legal practitioner and researcher with indicators able to master the law in theory and practice and be able to apply, develop laws based on Pancasila. The Law Program at the Faculty of Law, University of Mitra Indonesia is consistent and sustainable in implementing the improvement of lecture facilities on the quantity and quality side, as well as establishing cooperation with legal aid institutions, local governments and the parties holding the interests of Higher Education Tridarma. This aims to maximize the potential and anticipation of changes in the external environment and challenges faced in the future.

COMPETENCIES

Attitude (s):

  1. Fearing the One True God and being able to show religius;
  2. Uphold humanitarian values ​​in carrying out tasks based on religion, morals, and ethics;
  3. Can contribute to improving the quality of community life, nation and state based on Pancasila education;
  4. Can act as a citizen who is proud and loves the motherland, has nationalism and a sense of responsibility for the state and nation;
  5. Can appreciate the diversity of culture, views, religion, and beliefs, as well as the original opinions or findings of others;

  1. Able to master well for the law and legal system of Indonesia;
  2. Able to study the basis and scientific knowledge to develop law and law;
  3. Able to analyze aspects of material and formal law and legal writing;
  4. Able to master comprehensively general knowledge and basics of law;
  5. Able to identify legal issues;
  6. Able to inventory, process, analyze, and interpret legal information;
  7. Mastering the theoretical concepts in the field of law in general;
  8. Mastering the use of science, technology, and/or entrepreneurship in the field of law in solving problems;
  9. Mastering research methodology in analyzing legal field problems;
  10. Mastering the mechanism and technique of solving problems/disputes procedurally;
  11. Having the ability to examine and compile the concept of problem solving or legal cases through the application of juridical thinking methods, based on theoretical knowledge and legislation.

Special Skills (KK) :.

  1. Able to solve legal issues by elaborating positive law and legal principles in the field of economic and legal law in general;
  2. Able to formulate ideas argumentatively in accordance with academic ethics in the field of economic and legal law in general;
  3. Able to communicate effectively and use information technology facilities in solving legal cases;
  4. Able to analyze documents related to the fields of criminal law, civil, and state administration;
  5. Able to facilitate the settlement of legal disputes in a litigation and non-litigation manner;
  6. Able to explain and discuss criminal law, civil, and state administration, both national and international, for the development of the Indonesian national legal system, as well as other aspects that are closely related to the study and development of law;
  7. Able to try and lead entrepreneurship organizations in the field of law;
  8. Have the ability and skills in projecting trial techniques, both in the field of civil, criminal, and state administration;
  9. Able to analyze, synthesize, and evaluate regulations in the field of law;
  10. Able to examine and compile the concept of solving problems or legal cases through the application of juridical thinking methods, based on theoretical knowledge and legislation.

General Skills (KU):

  1. Able to apply logical, critical, systematic, and solutive thinking; Able to show independent, quality and measurable performance.
  2. Able to show independent and measurable performance based on values ​​that live in society.
  3. Able to make the right decision in solving legal problems.
  4. Able to examine the implications of the development or implementation of science and technology that pay attention and apply humanities in accordance with their expertise based on the rules, procedures, and scientific ethics in order to produce solutions, ideas, designs, or art criticism, compile scientific descriptions of the results of the study in the form of thesis or Final Project Report, and upload it on a college page.
  5. Able to make decisions appropriately in the context of problem solving in the field of expertise, based on the results of information and data analysis.
  6. Able to maintain and develop networks with supervisors, colleagues, colleagues both inside and outside the institution.
  7. Able to be responsible for achieving group work and supervising and evaluating the completion of work assigned to workers who are under their responsibilities.
  8. Able to carry out a self -evaluation process of working groups under their responsibilities, and able to manage learning independently.

CONCENTRATION

  1. Quality and professional legal practitioners and researchers with indicators are able to master the law in theory and practice.
  2. Able to apply and develop the law based on Pancasila.

  2. The Law Study Program organizes a curriculum designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and legal skills.
  3. The Law Study Program provides various research programs that allow lecturers and students to contribute to the development of law.
  4. Study Programs Establish cooperation with various national and international institutions to improve the quality of education and research.
