BANDARLAMPUNG - Eid al -Fitr 1446H became a big momentum for Mitra Indonesia University (Umitra) and Global Surya Islamic School (GSIS) to move faster. The spirit of Eid al -Fitr which was knitted in the activities of halal bihalal gave a spirit for the large family of Umitra and GSIS. Halal Bihalal was held on the 7th floor of the Rectorate of Mitra Indonesia University, Friday (11/4).

In the presence of hundreds of halal bialal participants present, the Umitra Chancellor as well as the GSIS coordinator, Dr. Hj. Armalia Reny Madrie As, appealed to continue to maintain and strengthen friendship. Halal bihalal becomes a sacred momentum and the basis of the footing to be better and more productive in the future. 

"This is a very sacred moment to become our great spirit in building culture and civilization. Making Umitra and GSIS as an institution that can lead our students to Khairunnas Anfa`uhum Linnas," said Mother Reny, his nickname.

Chairman of the Umitra and GSIS Foundation, Dr. H. Andi Surya said halal bihalal is synonymous with friendship. "Silah" has the meaning of connectivity, which is to build and connect the same spirit to raise the Umitra and GSIS.

On this occasion, Dr. H. Andi Surya conveyed an apology as the leader who oversees the Umitra and GSIS for the mistakes that have been done. On the contrary, forgive the entire family of Umitra and GSIS for the mistakes that occurred in the past. 

"In this halal moment of bihalal, the most beautiful words that we say from a sincere heart are Minal Aidin Wal Faizin apologize physically and mentally," he continued.

Halal bihalal family of Umitra and GSIS took place with a solemnity full of kinship. Attended by all leaders, lecturers, teachers, staff and employees of Umitra and GSIS.

The activity began with a prayer reading, followed by a word by the President of BEM Umitra, Sapnah Ningrum, a speech of alumni represented by the Chairman of IKA Umitra, Dr. Boy Zaghlul, M.Kes, and remarks by the Chairperson of the Umitra and GSIS Foundation by Dr. H. Andi Surya.
